then ends up full of hate for those who wish to preserve the traditional definition of marriage. UPDATE: Dennis talks today to the author, John Ibson, professor of American Culture, at California State, Fullerton. Professor Ibson took great umbrage with my characterization of his article.

Ten people in a medical team, including doctors and nurses,
were slaughtered by the Taliban over the weekend. The future of all aid missions are now in doubt. This is exactly
what the Taliban want. Do we really want to abandon the
Afghanis to these monsters?

Are we apologizing for Hiroshima? It sure sounds like it.
For the first time the US sends a delegation to Japan to mark the dropping of the Bomb. I guess the fact that the Bomb saved a million Japanese lives and probably a quarter of million American lives has been conveniently forgotten.

Why are so many Americans angry at the idea of the GZ Mosque? Dorothy Rabinowitz of the Wall Street
explains. She also wonders liberals like Mayor Bloomberg keep lecturing us on how tolerant we need to be.

Tom Friedman, NY Times foreign affair columnist, gets one half of the argument against the mosque at GZ right, i.e., we don't need a lesson in tolerance in the USA. Saudi Arabia and Pakistan does. But then he starts thinking like a liberal -- we need to send a message to Arab world -- and
stops making sense.

The Wall Street Journal
celebrates the 100th birthday of the Boy Scouts. Think the NY or LA Times did the same? How about the hour special on CBS, ABC, or NBC, did you see it? There is no more UnPC organization than the Boy Scouts.
