Ooops. The computer models got it wrong. But it's going to be big problem sometime in the distant future, so let's not lose the faith. Of course, that scenario may have to be adjusted, too.

A Harvard Professor who served in the Clinton Administration writes that fracking is a wonderful development for reducing CO2 emmissions. Furthermore, it is making the US energy independent. So, why are environmentalists so opposed to it? The professor has an answer to that, too. 

They were so sure. Now they're not.
