The DVD is comprised of two separate videos - Character: Who Needs It? which deals the issues of character, what it is, and why it's so important to your happiness; and Diversity Through Character, a penetrating satire co-starring nationally syndicated talk show host, Larry Elder. This latter film exposes the counterproductive attitudes of race-based thinking.
